Vince Bajardi joined Sansone Group in 2010 as Director of Industrial Brokerage. Vince works with business owners and investors to maximize their return on key real estate initiatives. Mr. Bajardi has more than twelve years of commercial real estate experience providing comprehensive solutions to clients including market research, site selection, contract negotiation, construction coordination, as well as portfolio administration and vendor management.

Throughout his career, Vince has participated in more than 800 sale and lease transactions through the US, UK, and Canada including oversight of over $525 million in deal volume. Vince has served in numerous capacities during his career including roles in Corporate Services, Facilities Management, Lease Administration, and Transaction Management. Additionally, Vince was a 2010 CoStar Power Broker award winner.

Mr. Bajardi attended the University of Missouri - Columbia where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus in Marketing, Psychology, & Geography.

Vince serves on the CCIM St. Louis Chapter Board of Directors and is a member of the National, Missouri, & St. Louis Association of Realtors, CCIM — National and St. Louis Chapter Member and is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the state of Missouri.
