Ms. Gillen oversees the entire residential property management department and portfolio of properties throughout the State of Missouri.

Treva is responsible for all owner reporting, HUD/MHDC correspondence and contract renewals. Ms. Gillen has worked in the field of residential property management since 1996 and her vast experience includes all product types including multi-family conventional, Section 202, 221(d)(4), Section 8 project based, and Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC).

Treva joined Sansone Group in 1996 and is a Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO) which is awarded by the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA).
