Ms. Shiplett oversees a large commercial property management portfolio and supervises a staff of individuals who perform the day to day operations for the office and industrial properties within her portfolio.

Ms. Shiplett provides asset management on her portfolio including oversight of tenant finish construction, accrual accounting, budgeting, re-forecasting, and expense reduction. Tressa interacts directly with owners and tenants to resolve financial and contractual issues.

Tressa has worked in many aspects of the real estate industry since 1996, including real estate accounting, management, and financial analysis.

Ms. Shiplett has her B.S. from Southern Illinois University and will be received her MBA from Washington University Olin School of Business in May 2007. She joined Sansone Group in 2007.
