Mr. Thomason joined Sansone Group in 2010 and brings with him over 20 years of experience in investment banking, finance, accounting and real estate. Previously, Todd was a Managing Director in Investment Banking at A.G. Edwards (now Wells Fargo) where he focused on capital raising, mergers & acquisitions and valuations. Mr. Thomason began his career in 1989 with Prudential Securities in New York as a Financial Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group. After receiving his MBA, he worked for Chemical Bank (now JPMorgan Chase) as an Associate in Investment Banking in the High Yield Debt Group of the Loan Syndications Department. Since 2004, he has focused in the real estate investment, development and property management areas. During his career, Todd has completed over $5 billion in capital raising transactions and mergers & acquisitions for public and private companies and venture capital firms and funds.

Todd’s duties include overseeing the accounting and treasury functions, financial feasibility studies, financial reporting, monitoring of financial performance of all properties in the company's portfolio and oversight of tax return preparation.

Mr. Thomason is a licensed real estate broker in Missouri and holds CPA licenses in both Missouri and Illinois. Todd received an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Chicago in 1993 and received a BA degree in Economics and Philosophy from Columbia University in New York in 1989.
