The Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Leasing, Director of Industrial Services, Director of Office Services and Director of Residential Management all report directly to Tim. Mr. Sansone has been with Sansone Group since 1988 and is a licensed real estate broker in Missouri, Texas, Illinois and Arkansas, member of BOMA and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Tim received his B.S.B.A. degree from the Olin School of Business at Washington University in 1988 and received his Masters of Finance degree from St. Louis University in 1992. Mr. Sansone is a member of the Midwest Real Estate News Advisory Board, Member of the Board of Directors of First Bank, Member of the Board of Directors and Past President of Kids Under Twenty-One, member of Immacolata Catholic Church where he served as Chairman of the Forward in Faith Capital Campaign which raised over $4 million for Church and Parish improvements. Tim also served on the fund-raising committee for Forest Park Forever as well as the Annual Catholic Appeal fundraiser for the Archdiocese of St. Louis.
