Mr. Cherre is responsible for all retail leasing and brokerage-related activities for Sansone owned assets and all third party retail properties. Tim has extensive experience marketing retail space and negotiating leases and purchase/sale agreements. Tim joined Sansone Group in 1987 and prior to joining the Company he worked in commercial real estate brokerage for eight years. Tim earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Spring Hill College in 1978 and an advanced degree in real estate from Washington University in 1981. He holds a Real Estate License in Missouri and Illinois, and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (I.C.S.C.). He was awarded the Senior Certified Leasing Specialist (SCLS) designation by I.C.S.C.
