Mr. Cherre is responsible for retail leasing and brokerage related activities for Sansone owned assets and third party retail properties. These responsibilities are national, regional as well as local in his position with Sansone Group. Tim has extensive experience marketing retail space, negotiating leases and purchase/sale agreements.

Tim joined Sansone Group in 1987, and prior to joining the Company he worked in commercial real estate brokerage for eight years. Tim earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Spring Hill College and an advanced degree in real estate from Washington University. He holds a Real Estate License in Missouri and Illinois, and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (I.C.S.C.), National Association of Realtors, Missouri Association of Realtors, and St. Louis Association of Realtors.

Mr. Cherre was awarded the Senior Certified Leasing Specialist (SCLS) designation by I.C.S.C., 2010 CoStar Power Broker Award Winner, and 2005-2010 CORFAC International Top Retail Size Deal winner. He is on the Executive Board of Ursuline Academy Father’s Club, and has been involved with MS 150 for fifteen years and Diabetes Tour de Cure for five years.
