Tom joined Sansone Group's Office Brokerage Division in January of 2006. Throughout his 12-year commercial real estate career, Tom has completed over 800 sales and leasing transactions in 41 states, and managed in excess of $857 million in sales and leasing volume.

Tom specializes in tenant and landlord representation in the St. Louis market, with resources to provide these consultative services to his clients both nationally and globally. Last year, Tom's personal sales and leasing volume was over $32,000,000. In recognition of this accomplishment, Tom has been recognized as a St. Louis "Power Broker" by CoStar Group, the nation's leading commercial real estate information company.

Mr. Bajardi earned his B.S.B.A. in Marketing, Cum Laude from the University of Missouri-Columbia. He is licensed by the Missouri Real Estate Commission and is a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member). Mr. Bajardi is 2010 President of the St. Louis CCIM Board of Directors. He has sat on Board of Managers for the Kirkwood-Webster YMCA, and has volunteered for Habitat for Humanity, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Missouri and the Ronald McDonald House.
