Mr. Shepard oversees a large commercial property management portfolio and supervises a staff of individuals who perform the day to day operations for retail properties within the states of Kansas, Oklahoma, Iowa, Missouri, Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky and Tennessee. Sasha provides asset management on his portfolio including oversight of tenant finish construction, accrual accounting and spreadsheets, budgeting, re-forecasting, income generation and expense reduction. He interacts directly with owners and tenants to resolve financial and contractual issues.

Mr. Shepard has worked in many aspects of the real estate industry for over 10 years, including commercial and residential property management, facilities management and third party commercial property management. Sasha has an extensive background in commercial property management which includes asset management, operations, security, leasing and lease administration, marketing, advertising, event and strategic planning, investor and tenant relations, financial reporting and staff supervision.

Sasha is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is a Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM). He also is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Missouri.

Mr. Shepard received a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Nebraska. Sasha joined Sansone Group in 2010 and is based out of our St. Louis, Missouri office.
