Mike's focus is primarily on the St. Louis retail market, concentrating on sales, and leasing. Mr. Pettit has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Major in Finance from the University of Dayton, Dayton, Ohio. During his college career, Mike studied abroad at the University of Autonoma De Barcelona in Barcelona, Spain. Mike is licensed by the Missouri State Real Estate Board and is a member of the St. Louis Association of Realtors.
