Mike joined Sansone Group in 2006 as part of the Retail Brokerage Division and was promoted to Director of Retail Services in 2008. Mike is actively involved in Tenant representation, Landlord representation and development.

Mr. Pettit has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Major in Finance from the University of Dayton, Dayton, Ohio.

Mr. Pettit has been recognized as "Power Broker" by CoStar Group, a nationally-recognized real estate database firm. Additionally, Mike is responsible for assisting several large national corporations in their asset disposition programs.

Mike is a member of the St. Louis Association of Realtors, Missouri Association of Realtors, ICSC and Commercial Information Exchange Board of Directors. Mr. Pettit is an active participant in the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society fundraising campaign.
