Ms. Mulkern oversees Sansone Group operations in the state of Florida and is based out of our Dade County, Miami office. Kathleen has an extensive background in property management, strategic planning, asset management, investor and tenant relations, lease administration, financial reporting and staff supervision.

Kathleen is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is a Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) and a Certified Marketing Director (CMD).

Ms. Mulkern received a Bachelor of Science from Framingham State College. She joined Sansone Group in 2009.
