Joi has 25 years of experience in sales, marketing and business development. Prior to joining Sansone Group, Ms. Niedner launched St. Louis City Efforts during a time of city renaissance for a commercial brokerage house, was President of a professional sales and consulting business and promoted real estate services as Vice-President of Communications for a regional title company.

Joi has a B.A. in Corporate Communications from Lindenwood University, graduating Summa Cum Laude where she was the Commencement Speaker and received the Adult Education Award. She is a member of ICSC and the St. Louis County Board of Realtors Legislative Committee. Joi is a member of the National, Missouri and St. Louis Associations of Realtors.
