Ms. Peltz joined Sansone Group in 2005. Jane oversees a large commercial property management portfolio and supervises a staff of individuals who perform the day to day operations for all office, retail and industrial properties within her portfolio.

Ms. Peltz provides asset management on her portfolio including oversight of tenant finish construction, accrual accounting and spreadsheets, budgeting, re-forecasting, and expense reduction. Jane interacts directly with owners and tenants to resolve financial and contractual issues.

Jane has worked in many aspects of the real estate industry for over 14 years, including residential property management, facilities management and third party commercial property management.
