James G. Sansone Principal Email:  jsansone@sansonegroup.com Mr. Sansone is responsible for all zoning, rezoning, entitlement and permitting activities of the Company as well as all corporate general counsel duties. Jim leads all efforts relating to obtaining rezoning approvals, procuring tax-increment financing, and working with local and state government entities to resolve entitlement and legal issues relating to the Company's development activities. Jim is the primary contact for media and is the company representative to be reached for all interviews. Jim is responsible for the oversight of the company's Property Management Department as well as the Human Resources Department. The Vice President of Property Management and the Human Resources Director report directly to Jim. Jim has been with the Company for his entire career. Mr. Sansone is a member of the American Bar Association, the Missouri Bar Association, the St. Louis Bar Association, the I.C.S.C., and the Property Law Committee. Mr. Sansone received his B.S. degree from St. Louis University in 1983 and his J.D. from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1987.
