James J. Checkett Director of Maintenance and Security Email:  jcheckett@sansonegroup.com Mr. Checkett is responsible for the maintenance and security requirements at all residential properties, commercial office buildings, shopping centers and industrial buildings located in Missouri, and all Sansone Group properties in Illinois and Kansas that are not contracted out. These responsibilities include both grounds and buildings. Mr. Checkett supervises the daily activities of all Sansone Group on-site maintenance staff. Mr. Checkett received a B.S. degree in mechanical engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy at Annapolis, Maryland and brings with him over 20 years of experience in commercial and residential building maintenance and management. Mr. Checkett has been with Sansone Group since 1998.
