Grant's focus is primarily on retail leasing, sales and new development. Mr. Mechlin has a background in Corporate Finance and Real Estate and has previously done work in office and industrial brokerage. Grant graduated from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and studied near Venice, Italy while obtaining his M.B.A. in 2003. Mr. Mechlin is licensed by the Missouri State Real Estate Board and is a member of the St. Louis Association of Realtors.
