Gary is responsible for overseeing all industrial leasing and brokerage activities. Gary possesses extensive experience in marketing and negotiating leases for industrial properties. In addition, Gary has been involved with special consulting projects such as the development of manufacturing plants and distribution centers.

Gary joined Sansone group in 1999 with over twelve years experience as a broker specializing in industrial leasing, sales and investments. Gary is a graduate of Webster University with a M.B.A. and has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Southeast Missouri University. Mr. Parker is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) as well as Chairman of the Southeast Missouri University Alumni Association. Mr. Parker is also a candidate for Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
