Douglas G. Sansone Principal Email:  dsansone@sansonegroup.com Mr. Sansone is responsible for all development execution activities including land assemblage, project pre-leasing, acquisition negotiations and joint venture negotiations. Doug is responsible for coordination of the development process including anchor tenant leasing and all other leasing activity. Doug is responsible for the oversight of the Sansone Group Marketing Department. The Director of Marketing and all company development project managers and personnel report directly to Doug. Doug has been with the Company for his entire career. Mr. Sansone is a licensed real estate salesperson and member of the I.C.S.C. Doug received his B.A. from St. Louis University in 1994 and has a Masters in Real Estate with an emphasis in Commercial Development from Webster University. Doug has completed continuing education classes through the I.C.S.C. and the University of Wisconsin. Doug currently serves on the St. Louis University High School Alumni Board of Directors and is also serving on the St. Louis University High School Building, Grounds and Security Committee.
