Ms. Chaffee joined Sansone Group in 2004. Charlene oversees a large commercial property management portfolio and supervises a staff of individuals who perform the day to day operations for all office, retail and industrial properties within her portfolio.

Ms. Chaffee provides asset management on her portfolio including oversight of tenant finish construction, accrual accounting and spreadsheets, budgeting, re-forecasting, and expense reduction. Charlene interacts directly with owners and tenants to resolve financial and contractual issues.

Charlene has worked in many aspects of the real estate industry since 1987, including real estate accounting, management, marketing, leasing and independent contracting.
