Brandon Wappelhorst joined Sansone Group in 2008 as an associate in the office brokerage division. Prior to joining Sansone Group, Brandon studied at the University of Missouri - Columbia, graduating with honors, with his BSBA in Finance and Real Estate, minor in Economics.

Brandon’s primary focus is on the office/medical office market, both Landlord and Tenant representation. Averaging $15 Million in transaction volume over the past two years, year-to-date 2011 Brandon’s volume has exceeded $25 Million.

Brandon is licensed by the Missouri Real Estate Commission.
