COMMERCIAL PROPERTY MANAGER
Sansone Group, a full service commercial real estate firm based in Clayton, is currently seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager. Portfolio consists of premier class A office buildings, and/or retail centers, and/or industrial properties. Candidate will require ability to perform the following: budgetary and financial overview, obtain bids for needed maintenance and repairs, oversee contractors, tenant correspondence, and working with building owners. Some travel required. Commercial property management experience required.
